We supply Home Information Packs
Homeowners are required to obtain a Hip Prior to putting the property on the market.  This will help reduce the likelihood of any nasty surprises in the selling process that could delay the sale, as buyers will be able to make more informed decisions about purchasing their home.

We supply Energy Performance Certificates
EPC are incorporated in the Hip. Landlords only need to obtain the EPC to make available to prospective tenants and to build their property portfolio.  As of 1st October 2008 all rental Properties will be required to carry out an Energy Assessment. 

We supply Floor Plans
Floor Plans will help potential buyers and tenants to see the lay out of the property.
